This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery of orders placed on our website www.shoppersart.in.

1. Shipping Locations

- We currently ship within India to most serviceable pincodes.
- Certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. If your address is not serviceable, we will contact you to cancel and refund your order.

2. Order Processing Time

- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During sales or high‑order periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

- After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location within India.

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.  
- We may offer free shipping above a minimum order value (if applicable).
- Any promotional or free‑shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the Site.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) (If Applicable)

- COD may be available for selected pincodes and order values as specified on the Site.
- Any additional COD fee (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

If COD orders are repeatedly refused or undelivered due to customer reasons, we may disable COD for that customer in the future.

6. Order Tracking

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or tracking page using this ID.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

- Please provide complete and accurate shipping details, including house/flat number, street name, landmark, city, state, and PIN code.
- We are not responsible for delays, non‑delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
- If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may:
  - Reship the order after collecting additional shipping charges, or
  - Cancel the order and process a refund after deducting shipping and handling charges, as per our policy.

8. Order Delays

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders on time, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

- Courier delays or operational issues;
- Natural disasters, floods, lockdowns, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control;
- Government restrictions or regulations.

In such cases, we will try to update you and ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Packages

- If you notice that the outer package is damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please:
  - Refuse to accept the delivery, and
  - Inform us immediately at shoppersar@gmail.com or 9821403795 with your order ID and photos.

If you received incorrect or missing items after accepting the package, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an opening video & clear photos with details so we can assist you as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

10. Multiple Shipments

- In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately due to availability, warehouse location, or size/weight.
- You will receive separate tracking details if your order is shipped in multiple consignments.

11. International Shipping

- We currently do not offer international shipping outside India.
- If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
