By using this Site, you confirm that:

5. Ordering Process
1. Select Products and add them to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping details.
3. Review your order, price, taxes, and shipping charges before confirming.
4. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email/SMS.
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product out of stock or discontinued;
- Errors in pricing or product information;
- Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity;
- Shipping restrictions to your location.
If your order is cancelled after payment, we will initiate a refund for the amount received.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

- Shipping, COD charges (if applicable), and any other applicable fees will be displayed at checkout.

By providing payment information, you confirm that:

Payments are processed through third‑party payment gateways compliant with applicable Indian regulations. We are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures on the part of these providers.
8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
8.1 Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India. Certain locations may be excluded or may have limited delivery options.
8.2 Shipping Charges and Timelines
- Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout and/or in your order confirmation. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, local conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
8.3 Risk and Title
- Products will be delivered to the shipping address you provide.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address or to any person accepting the delivery on your behalf.
- Title to the Products passes to you upon full payment and dispatch.
We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect/incomplete address details provided by you.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
9.1 General Policy
We strive for your satisfaction. Subject to the conditions below, you may request a return, exchange, or refund for eligible Products within:
- 24hours of delivery for all products.
9.2 Return Eligibility
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, a Product may be eligible for return/exchange if:
- It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;
- You have proof of purchase (order ID, invoice).
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (especially cosmetics, personal care, and items with broken seals) may be non‑returnable unless received incorrect. Such conditions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
9.3 Return / Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange:

2. Provide order ID, product details, and reason for return, with photos if the item is incorrect;
3. We will inform you whether the request is approved and provide return pickup or self‑ship instructions.
Unless the item is incorrect due to our error, return shipping charges may be borne by you.
We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service if you are self‑shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.
9.4 Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive the returned Product, we will inspect it:
- If the Product meets the return conditions, we will approve the refund or exchange;
- If the Product does not meet the conditions (used, damaged, tags removed, etc.), we may reject the return and send the item back to you.
Approved refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on our policy and your choice (where available).
9.5 Wrong Items
If you receive a wrong item:

2. Provide order ID, photos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice.
Subject to verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
10. Order Cancellations
10.1 Cancellation by You

Once the order is shipped, it cannot usually be cancelled, but you may still be able to initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
10.2 Cancellation by Us
We may cancel your order (in full or part), even after acceptance, if:

- Your payment is not authorised or is suspected to be fraudulent;
